Peppercorn Steak Sauce
Perfect to serve with your favorite cut of red meat!

Ingredients |
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 cup heavy cream, room temperature
1/2 cup beef stock
2 small shallots, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon salted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt, add more to taste

Instructions |
Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat.
Sauté the shallots for a few minutes until translucent.
Add in the minced garlic and pepper. Stir frequently so the garlic doesn’t burn.
Pour in the beef stock, heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Add the salt and stir together.
Let the sauce simmer on a lower heat for about 9-11 minutes until it thickens. Stir it gently.
Once the sauce is thick enough to stick to the back of the spoon, it is ready to be served!
