Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients |
1/2 lb fresh carrots
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Pepper
Olive oil

Instructions |
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Wash and peel the carrots & trim off the ends as needed. I personally like to cut the carrots length wise.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay the carrots out on the sheet
Drizzle olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder evenly and then give them another good toss.
Cook for roughly 25-35 minutes. The actual cook time will depend on your oven and roasted preference.
