Honey Glazed Carrots

A holiday classic!

Ingredients |

  • 1/2 lb fresh carrots

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil

Instructions |

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

  • Wash and peel the carrots & trim off the ends as needed. I personally like to cut the carrots length wise.

  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay the carrots out on the sheet

  • Drizzle olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder evenly and then give them another good toss.

  • Cook for roughly 25-35 minutes. The actual cook time will depend on your oven and roasted preference.
