Cranberry Sauce
GLUTEN + DAIRY FREE
A holiday classic!
Ingredients |
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon (optional but yummy!)

Instructions |
Using a saucepan, add orange juice over medium heat and warm it for a few minutes.
Add in the sugar and stir until it has dissolved entirely.
Mix in the fresh cranberries and reduce to medium heat.
Cook for about 10 minutes until the cranberries have broken down. Add the nutmeg or cinnamon and stir to help it thicken. Remove it from the heat.
