Insta Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients |
2 lbs beef tips
32 oz beef stock
3-4 tbsps olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 tsps minced garlic
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1.5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tsps garlic salt
3 tsps onion powder
2 tsps black pepper
2 tsps paprika
4 large carrots, large cubes
4 Yukon gold potatoes, large cubes

Cook Time: 55 minutes

Instructions |
1) Chop 1 onion, 4 carrots & 4 potatoes.
2) Add 2 lbs beef tips to skillet and brown for 4-5 minutes.
3) Add browned beef tips into insta pot. Place diced carrots, potatoes, onion and minced garlic on top of beef tips.
4) Pour 1 box (32 oz) beef stock into insta pot.
5) Add 1.5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste & seasoning into insta pot.

- 3 tsps garlic salt
- 2 tsps paprika
- 2 tsps black pepper
6) Close the Insta Pot lid and set the steam release valve to the “Sealing” position. Press the Manual/Pressure Cook button and set the cook time to 35 minutes. The Insta Pot will take around 20 minutes to pressurize before the 35 minute cook time begins.
7) Let Insta Pot to release for about 10 minutes after the cook time ends.
