Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Chicken
INGREDIENTS ||
2 packs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, cubed
2 tablespoons Olive oil
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
SAUCE
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped spinach
INSTRUCTIONS ||
Using a large skillet, heat olive oil to medium high heat and cook chicken until cooked. Remove and set aside in a separate bowl.
Add in mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until they are tender. Remove those as well and set aside.
Next, to make the sauce, add the butter to the skillet and melt. Add in the garlic and cook on a lower heat to prevent burning.
Add the flour and whisk until it’s filled mixed in. The sauce will start to thicken.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and
