Boozy Hot Chocolate
A holiday classic!
GLUTEN FREE + DAIRY FREE
Ingredients |
1 cup milk (whole or almond milk)
3-4 teaspoons Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 oz. spiced rum or bourbon
Lots of mini marshmallows

Instructions |
Pour the milk into a pot and set to medium high heat to get the milk hot. Once it starts steaming, reduce the heat to medium.
Add in the Hershey’s cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes while you stir it.
Pour the hot chocolate into a mug and pour in your alcohol of choice.
Put a handful of marshmallows in & enjoy!
**Note: The reason it works better to add the alcohol at the end is to prevent it from cooking out.
